FUNDARE began with a shared vision between two chefs dedicated to their craft. Founded in 2022, our name comes from the Latin fundare — “to found” or “foundation” — representing the purpose, passion, and standards on which our company was built.

Chef Alexis Ramos

Chef, culinary educator, and Co-Founder of FUNDARE. Chef Ramos' background includes Michelin-starred restaurants, ACF culinary competition, fine dining, and culinary education, bringing a modern and disciplined approach to FUNDARE's cuisine.
