FUNDARE LLC
Hello,
We would like to introduce ourselves: Chef Paul D. Bringas & Chef Alexis Ramos. Our dream became a conversation, that became a small, crafted, catering business that came to fruition. In 2022, we became the founders and co-business owners of FUNDĀRE LLC. Fundare, a Latin name that means “to found something or foundation”.
Our Story:
We have built our foundation on over 40 combined years of experience in the culinary world.
Chef Bringas is a Certified Executive Chef with a solid resume in fine dining, private country clubs, catering & is currently a Culinary Arts Instructor. His vision is to be focused on food to sustain good health, longevity, and well being while also making room for enjoyment and freedom to indulge responsibly.
Chef Ramos works currently at a 2-Star Michelin restaurant, has competed in culinary competitions both as a student and professional and has garnered gold medals in both categories. He has enhanced his trainings by earning his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts.
