Chefs Paul D. Bringas & Alexis Ramos Co-Founders of FUNDARE LLC
Our dream began as a conversation — a shared vision between two chefs dedicated to their craft — and grew into FUNDARE LLC, a small, thoughtfully crafted catering company founded in 2022. The name Fundāre, derived from Latin, means “to found” or “foundation” — a reflection of the principles that ground our work: purpose, passion, and excellence.

Together, we bring more than 50 years of combined culinary experience across fine dining, private clubs, catering, and education.
Chef Paul D. Bringas, CEC
A Certified Executive Chef with an extensive background in fine dining, private country clubs, and large-scale catering. He currently serves as a Culinary Arts Instructor, inspiring the next generation of chefs. His culinary philosophy focuses on food as a source of health, longevity, and enjoyment, emphasizing balance and responsible indulgence.
Chef Alexis Ramos
Currently working at a Michelin-starred restaurant, Chef Ramos has earned gold medals in both student and professional culinary competitions and holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. His refined technique, creativity, and discipline bring an elevated touch to every dish.
