I had the joy of working with Chef Ramos & Chef Bringas as a wedding planner on behalf of a couple who had secured them as caterers through Venue 98. They are incredible to work with! They are very attentive and accommodating to any requests or dietary requirements, and their food is as delicious as it is beautiful! Should you choose to have them cater an event, you will not be disappointed. They are also very easy to communicate with and are warm and professional in every interaction. They are consistent, prepared, and perform well under pressure. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great caterer.
